How do we create a couple?

One of you taps “Create a couple” and sends the partner a 6-character code. The other one enters it after signing in.

Can my partner see my answers and surprises?

Not until it’s time. Private answers open only when both of you have answered. A surprise shows up for your partner as a sealed letter.

How do I change the language?

The gear → “Language”. There is also a switch on the sign-in screen.

How do I leave the couple or delete my account?

The gear → “Leave the couple” or “Delete account”. You can delete the account before creating a couple, too. Note: the couple and all shared memories, photos and answers are deleted for both partners and cannot be restored.

A photo didn’t upload

The app finishes the upload as soon as you’re back online. If the photo still doesn’t appear, email us.
